Photoshopped Or Not?

So with the quarantine in full effect, there are so few cars on the road, that driving in Los Angeles is actually pleasurable. You can get anywhere in a fraction of the time, and it would be even better if there was anywhere to actually go other than a different neighborhood to walk around.

But there's another thing about cars not being on the road, and that is the constant smog that hovers over the city has completely dissipated. However, there's this one picture showing this, but I'm not sure if it's been photoshopped or not so you decide:
